XP Movie Problem Solved
XP Movie Maker Works Now… found that the problem was the hard drive I was using was too fragmented. After all the movie capture/delete, optimize, etc. XP looked at the first available spot or the largest available spot on the drive to save the 11GB movie and it ran out of space because of the contiguous file, and the fragmentation of the temp drive.
So, I was able to remove the fragmentation re-save the captured video using VirtualDub, and now I can make a simple PC movie.
