Just used GotoMyPC
My mother-in-law in South Africa was having computer problems this morning. She called and I was not able to use Remote Desktop because their ISP blocks those ports, but I had her login and install GotoMyPC and she was able to install it without a problem. Then I logged in and took control over her PC and was able to fix her problem half-a-world away.
That was major cool!!!
