Well after a few months of looking, we found a home. It's right down the street from Ron & Sophia, Spagio, Grandview Cafe, etc. We are scheduled to move at the end of the month, then it's time to fix up our current house and get it sold!
The house is nice and big (big kitchen means I am going to have to start exercising). It also has an unfinished attic, which means I get to do some remodeling. But until we get our current place sold, it means macaroni & ramen noodles & tuna for food.
It's terrible what Dominion homes has done to the area. The houses are selling for about 10k less than they were last year and there are more homes for sale.

Over the past few weeks / months I have worked on a site for Osburn Associates called www.reflectivesignsheeting.com. This was a custom developed Shopping Cart extended from my site www.prestonresearch.com. I thought I would add these to increase their Google Rank.
The house hunting is going well in 43212, however, they are getting snatched up very fast. We wanted to look at a few the other day and they were already in contract.
Jenny has her MBA now, actually she got it last week Sunday. The family went to Red Lobster afterwords. I don't think we are going to that place again. We felt bad a few days after eating there. At least Dad picked up the TAB, thanks Dad.
It looks like the Folks (Emm's Parents) are moving to Jo-Burg for a few months. Emm will call and get the scoop this morning.
Well, it's time to sell our house again. Yes, so much for the we are going to stay here a few more years. The problem this year is all of the foreclosures in our area. The reason, Dominion Homes. They have built homes in our area (and are still building new ones by the way) and they over priced them, by as much as $20,000. They also did a lot of ZERO down loans to people that could not afford the homes. So come time when they could not make the payments, they also could not sell because the homes were bought for $20,000 more than they now worth, add to that $10,000 for a realtor, and guess what? FORECLOSURE or loose $30,000!
Though we don't have a Dominion home, our house is going to sell for about $10,000 less than it was last year because of the glut of homes on the market. Which is a shame because we have a really nice home.
On the good for the house, we are using Chip & Sue again from Keller Williams. We are also going to get new carpet installed and are beginning to look for new homes in 43212.
